1. Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month. For annual payments, tuition is due in full upon the student's enrollment and is non-refundable.

 

2. For lesson 4-packs, students receive one lesson per week (at least). For annual payments, there are 40 lessons to be had per 12 months period. 

 

3. Each student is allowed one excused cancellation per semester, regardless of quantity of lessons purchased.  Each cancellation MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.

 

4. There is a $50.00 annual registration fee for new and returning students.

 

5. The academy reserves the right to provide substitute teachers when regular instructors are not available. If a student cancels, we cannot guarantee that the rescheduled lesson will be with their usual teacher

 

 6. Students who do not communicate with VAMA staff to make up missed lessons

 via text or email, forfeit their ability to make up these lessons when the new academic year begins. Missed lessons do not transfer to the next academic year.
